Painting
The types of paint systems and finishes we can apply to fabrications are virtually limitless within our 55,000 square of floor space available. We have an area within one of our two bays which can be dedicated to rapid processing of trailer loads of structural steel. The rest of the painting floor space is used to paint more complex fabricated steel structures such as tanks, base plates and bridges.
We apply the majority of our paint using airless spray techniques; this allows us to offer a wide range of coatings from most paint manufacturers including:
-
Alkyds
-
Non slip
-
Anti-Graffiti
-
Passive Fire Protection Coatings
-
Bitumen
-
Polysiloxanes
-
Coal Tar
-
Polyurethanes
-
Epoxies
-
Potable
-
Heat resistant

Service Explained
Airless spray is a method of atomising paint without the use of compressed air. The paint is pumped under high pressure through a small opening at the spray tip to form a spray pattern allowing for a professional application and finish for the paint system.
